I received excellent care and guidance throughout my ACL and meniscus surgery journey. From the preparation phase to the recovery process, I felt fully supported with a clear plan and weekly progression.
Running coaching by physiotherapists who run themselves. We combine personal training programmes with insight into load and recovery, so you not only get faster but also stay injury-free. For 5K runners through to marathon athletes.

Training for your very first event, or aiming to run faster and stronger? Our screenings give useful insight to fine-tune your training. We analyse your running technique, endurance and strength, identify areas to improve and build a personal plan.
The result: more efficient running, better endurance and a stronger finish.

An injury can be a major setback, and getting back to running can feel daunting. Our programmes help you return safely and with confidence. We address the root cause of the injury, strengthen the weak links and work on strength, stability and flexibility.
With a tailored training plan we reduce the risk of new injuries, so you can run long distances pain-free again.
At MBT we help runners get stronger and stay injury-free. With a standardised screening we map out the points of attention and imbalances that can affect your performance or raise your injury risk.
Our active approach is built on movement and training, so you arrive at the start stronger, more resilient and properly prepared.

From runner's knee to achilles tendinopathy, we treat the full spectrum of running-related injuries.
Physiotherapists with their own experience on the track and the road. We know how a training week feels and what it takes to keep building.
No off-the-shelf programme. A plan built around your goal, level and schedule, with attention to load and recovery.
Standardised screening of running technique, strength and endurance. Imbalances that affect your performance or injury risk mapped out.
Strength training as part of the running plan. Weak links reinforced, risk of new injuries reduced.
A safe, confident restart after injury. We address the cause and build up in a structured way.
Everyone: from beginners training for their first 5K to experienced marathon athletes. We adapt the plan to your level and your goal.
We start with an intake and a screening of running technique, strength and endurance. Then we build a personal plan with training, strength work and check-ins. Programmes are adjusted based on progress and recovery.
A running analysis is a one-off assessment of your running technique. Running coaching is a longer programme with guidance, training plans and adjustments over time. The analysis can be part of the coaching programme.
Yes, strength training is a standard part of the programme. Strong legs and a strong core reduce injury risk and improve your running technique. We train in our own sports facility.
Yes. We build a return-to-run programme with the cause of the injury as the starting point. Safe build-up, reinforcing the weak links, and full running only when that is responsible.
Coaching is not covered by physiotherapy insurance. When there is an injury, part of the programme may be reimbursed as physiotherapy. We help you sort this out before you start.

Cedrine helped me enormously with my recovery from recurring knee complaints. Within a few months the strength difference between both legs was minimal.
I've been helped tremendously by multiple members of the team for various issues over the course of about a year now. Not all team members have been my PT, but I have met them all and they are all great.
