We carefully analyse the causes of your earlier injuries and use targeted strategies to address weak points. From there we put together a personal training plan that makes your body stronger and reduces the risk of new injuries.

Discover

Every treatment starts with a thorough intake. This gives us a complete picture of your physical health, movement patterns and mental well-being. We take a holistic approach and look beyond physical symptoms alone. Think sleep habits, nutrition, hydration, movement and daily stress factors.

Educate

Understanding your condition is the key to lasting recovery. We make sure you understand where your symptoms come from and how to manage them. This helps you recognise your body's signals and prevent future issues.

We work through a tailored programme that targets weaknesses in the body. Movement is at the centre of our treatment method. Who is personal training for?

For anyone who wants to get stronger, reduce injury risk, or keep training smoothly after rehabilitation. Beginners and advanced trainees are both welcome.

How is this different from a regular personal trainer?

Our trainers are BIG-registered physiotherapists. We combine strength training with a clinical eye on technique and load. With injuries or movement restrictions we can adjust quickly.

What does a session look like?

1-to-1 in our own training space with professional equipment. We work from a test protocol and a personal plan that matches your goal and movement pattern.

Can I start after an injury or surgery?

Yes. Continuing to train smoothly after rehabilitation is one of our use cases. We analyse the cause of earlier injuries and adapt the training plan accordingly.

How many sessions will I need?

That depends on your goal and starting point. We discuss this during the intake and review the programme periodically to make sure it still fits.

Is personal training covered by insurance?

Personal training is not covered by physiotherapy insurance. With an injury, part of the programme can be covered as physiotherapy. We help you sort this out.

Which locations can I visit?

Three locations in Amsterdam: Houthavens in Amsterdam-West, NDSM in Amsterdam-North and Oostenburg in Amsterdam-East. Book at the location that suits you best.
