I specialise in breathwork, movement and mindfulness, helping people support their recovery, restore balance in body and mind, and improve their quality of life through conscious breathing.

As a certified Level 3 Breath Coach, trained by Kasper van der Meulen, I integrate scientifically grounded techniques to improve stress resilience, circulation and nervous system regulation.

Every treatment starts with a thorough intake. This gives us a complete picture of your physical health, movement patterns and mental well-being. We take a holistic approach and look beyond physical symptoms alone. Think sleep habits, nutrition, hydration, movement and daily stress factors.

Who is breathing coaching for?

What does a session look like?

We combine breathwork with movement and somatic awareness. Each session works on techniques you can then apply daily. A safe and supportive setting.

How many sessions do I need?

That depends on your goal. Some people notice an effect after a few sessions, others work on it for longer. We discuss a suitable programme during the intake.

How is this different from meditation or yoga?

Breathing coaching focuses on the mechanics and regulation of your breath. It is more practical and specific: we work with measurable techniques for stress regulation, the nervous system and oxygen efficiency.

Does it help with sports performance?

Yes. Conscious breathing improves oxygen efficiency, recovery between efforts, and focus during training or competition. Many athletes integrate breathwork into their preparation routine.

Is breathing coaching covered by insurance?
