We identify the points to improve and build a personal plan to optimise your movement, build strength and endurance, and make sure you perform at your best on race day.

Worried about injuries?

HYROX workouts are intense and can be demanding if you have had previous injuries. Our HYROX assessment programme helps you return to the sport safely and with confidence. We thoroughly analyse the causes of earlier injuries and address weak links and imbalances with targeted strategies.

From there we build a personalised HYROX training plan that strengthens your body, reduces the risk of new injuries and lets you get the most out of your HYROX experience without worry.

We are a team of focused specialists who help you return to HYROX training stronger and injury-free. With a standardised screening we map out the points of attention, and with targeted exercises we work to minimise injury risk.

Discover

Every treatment starts with a thorough intake. This gives us a complete picture of your physical health, movement patterns and mental well-being. We take a holistic approach and look beyond physical symptoms alone. Think sleep habits, nutrition, hydration, movement and daily stress factors.

Educate

Understanding your condition is the key to lasting recovery. We make sure you understand where your symptoms come from and how to manage them. This helps you recognise your body's signals and prevent future issues.

We work through a tailored programme that targets weaknesses in the body. Movement is at the centre of our treatment method. Who is Hyrox coaching for?

Both beginners aiming for their first HYROX event and experienced athletes who want to improve their PB. We adapt the plan to your level and your goal.

What does a Hyrox coaching programme look like?

We start with an intake and a screening of technique, strength and endurance. Then we build a programme that integrates running between stations and the 8 workouts. Regular adjustments based on progress.

Can I start after an injury?

Yes, through our HYROX assessment programme. We analyse the cause of earlier injuries, address weak links and build up in a structured way towards full HYROX load.

Do you train station technique as well?

Yes. Sandbag lunges, wall balls, sled push/pull, ski-erg, rowing and burpee broad jump: we analyse your technique per station and optimise movement for efficiency and injury prevention.

Do you have HYROX experience?

Yes. Our coaches have run HYROX events themselves and have guided athletes at different levels to race day. We know what it takes to finish strong.

Is Hyrox coaching reimbursed?

Coaching is not covered by physiotherapy insurance. When there is an injury, part of the programme may be reimbursed as physiotherapy. We help you sort this out before you start.

Which locations can I visit?

Three locations in Amsterdam: Houthavens in Amsterdam-West, NDSM in Amsterdam-North and Oostenburg in Amsterdam-East. Book at the location that suits you best.
