I received excellent care and guidance throughout my ACL and meniscus surgery journey. From the preparation phase to the recovery process, I felt fully supported with a clear plan and weekly progression.
The MBT movement screening tests your body across seven fundamental movement patterns. You receive scores per pattern, a personalised exercise programme and a retest after six weeks. Suitable as a baseline measurement for athletes, for injury prevention, or as a starting point for better mobility.

Most people only notice it when it is too late: stiffness in the morning, a shoulder that does not cooperate, a knee that protests after a run. These are often signs of restrictions that have been building up for a while.
The problem is that you start moving around them. Your body compensates and gets away with it for a time. But once that slack runs out, symptoms can develop. The MBT movement screening makes these restrictions visible before they turn into real problems.

Every movement pattern receives a score and classification. Below is an example of what a mobility report looks like.
Three levels, the right assessment for each stage. From quick scan to full screening with hands-on mobilisation.
Want a fast read on where your biggest restrictions are? The Quick Scan gives you an overview in 30 minutes.
For anyone curious about the state of their mobility. Ideal as a first step.
A complete read of your mobility. You learn not just where it stalls, but also why, and what you can do about it.
For athletes, office workers with symptoms, runners, and anyone serious about getting started.
The most extensive assessment we offer. Includes hands-on mobilisation so you feel an improvement during the session.
For elite athletes, people with complex symptoms, and professionals who want to move at the highest level.
The screening adapts to your situation. A few typical profiles.
You sit all day and feel it in your back, neck or shoulders. You want to know what is going on, without starting a full treatment programme right away. The screening shows which restrictions affect your daily movement pattern and gives you concrete exercises to work on yourself.
You train hard, but some movements do not feel right. You want to know whether mobility restrictions are getting in your way or raising your injury risk. We systematically test which positions your body handles well and which it does not.
Recurring symptoms in knees, hips or ankles. You want to understand which restrictions affect your running pattern. Optionally combine with a running analysis at our Amsterdam-North location.
For athletes who want to invest seriously in their mobility, people with complex or long-running symptoms, and anyone who wants a full picture of their movement quality.
You want to keep moving well. The screening shows where to focus to preserve your mobility and reduce fall risk. The tests are adjusted to your level.
Your treatment programme is finished, but you want an objective check that your body is ready for sport or daily life again. The screening gives you a clear picture of where you stand and what your next step is.
We test your body across seven core movement patterns. Not a single muscle or joint, but the whole system.
Each archetype gets a green, orange or red score. A clear picture of where you stand and what needs attention.
Not just where it stalls, but also why: ROM restriction or motor control. Only then can you work on it specifically.
Concrete exercises, tailored to you. A schedule you can start with directly, without needing a full physio programme.
An objective check on whether your exercise programme is working. Adjust where needed. No assumptions, just data.
A structured test of seven fundamental movement patterns. Each pattern receives a score and classification. From this we build a personalised exercise programme to address restrictions.
No. The screening is designed precisely as a baseline measurement or preventive assessment. Many athletes and office workers do it to find restrictions before they turn into symptoms.
Quick Scan (30 min) tests 4 patterns and gives you a fast read. Mobility analysis (60 min) tests all 7 patterns with root cause analysis. Complete Screening (90 min) adds sport-specific tests and hands-on mobilisation.
A digital PDF report with scores per archetype (green, orange, red) and a body region map. The more extensive packages also include a personalised exercise programme with visuals.
Yes. From 3 home exercises with the Quick Scan to a 14-day mobility schedule with the Mobility analysis. With the Complete Screening we also do hands-on mobilisation during the session.
A movement screening is not covered by physiotherapy insurance. If symptoms are present, a follow-up programme as physiotherapy can be covered, depending on your policy.

Cedrine helped me enormously with my recovery from recurring knee complaints. Within a few months the strength difference between both legs was minimal.
I've been helped tremendously by multiple members of the team for various issues over the course of about a year now. Not all team members have been my PT, but I have met them all and they are all great.
