Most exercise apps are generic: a library of videos and a checkbox. We wanted something different. MBT Gym was written from the treatment room, together with our therapists, so the program you build together in the practice carries over one-to-one to your phone. The sessions you do with us in the practice are also logged, so you and your therapist always have the full picture.

For those in treatment with us for a complaint or after surgery. You receive a phase-based program with short check-ins.
For clients in coaching or training: running, hyrox or personal training. Sessions, blocks and performance data, linked to your goals.

During your first appointment we map your symptoms, goals and context. You receive an invitation for MBT Gym in your inbox.
Your therapist sets up your program, tuned to phase, capacity to handle load and what you have practised in the practice. Ready for the first session at home.
You log sessions and check-ins. We see how it goes and adjust where needed, between appointments and at every follow-up session.
For those in treatment with us, access is included in the care pathway. A standalone athlete account for coaching or training costs €10 per month or €35 per six months.
Yes. MBT Gym works on iPhone, Android and in any modern browser. You do not need to install anything; you open it via a link and from there can add it to your home screen as an app.
Of course. The app is a tool, not a requirement. If you prefer to work on paper or receive the exercises another way, that is always possible.
